The students who will participate in the Project are in the second and third class of Vocational High School with specialization of food and gastronomy techniques and also hotel services. There also will be students from the second class of Basic Vocational School learning to be a cook, electrician, carpenter, car mechanic. The above mentioned students in 85% come from the rural areas, mainly from poorly educated families with no motivation to get a higher education. These students have training in the hotels of Gdańsk as well as in the local restaurants and craft businesses but apart from experience from commuting to the big city they don’t have the possibility to check how living away from family looks like. As the research of the job adviser shows - their worse position on the labour market is caused by the lack of mobility: they choose a school close to home and over 50% of them would like to work in the neighborhood.Participation in foreign internships is an opportunity to improve the mobility of the future graduates, which isn't available in the national practices and to enrich their learning paths with different experiences in the European labor market.NEEDS of participants-getting key competencies, vocational ones, understanding need for continuous learning ,improve their skills, adapt to the requirements of the labor market in the rapidly changing world.NEEDS of school-preparing for participation in the elaboration of national qualifications frameworks, implementation of ECVET, use of new techniques of teaching and learning, improving the quality of education through the acquisition of key competences by students and achieving high learning outcomes.The project aims to meet the needs of the participants, development and improvement of their key competencies, vocational ones, which will affect a better adaptation to the labor market. Raising the level of skills and reduce the risk of social and economic exclusion. The approach based on learning outcomes will provide a better understanding and comparability of qualifications of learners in different countries.RESULTS:-4-6 People will reach learning outcomes and qualifications T.6-preparation of food and beverages, 4-6 people in two units of and qualifications T.15-organization of food and catering services-new core curriculum, and 16 people 2 units of learning skills T.12- Service for guests in the building providing accommodation services (number of students from different professions may vary and will depend on the number of participants) and 4 people - car mechanic -in the field of assemblies and components repair of motor vehicles; carpenter-in the field of essential machining in production of joiner; electrician -in the field of maintenance and repair of electrical installations. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IS 30-30 People will improve key competencies include: language, shaping the attitude of being open, mobility as well enterprising, coping with difficult situations, respect for culture and professional ethics,- Final products: cookbook with typical recipes in partner countries, preparation of selected dishes to showcase and tasting of the school community, presentations, a guide on European and regional labor market, a set of social and personal competencies needed in the profession of food and gastronomy techniques and also hotel services and cook (Basic Vocational School).-evaluation counseling program through the implementation of the project results in the field of career planning in the labor market,-strengthening of practical training with an additional 2 weeks of work experience in the field of increasing practical skills for the demands of the European labor market, the achievement of learning outcomes T.6, T.12 and T.15 qualifications,-improving the quality of vocational training and to achieve high performance in external examinations by taking into account the results of the project Supervision of Education,-through the use of ECVET all parties: employers, school, students, partners will prove additive value.The school wants to support future graduates in career planning and education, through actions within strengthening the vocational guidance and vocational training by implementation of foreign practices(the Agreement on Partnership and Learning)and the implementation of ECVET. Moreover, is prepares to implement the European Strategy for the Internationalization of School.The project aims is to make the students familiar with the European labor market, knowledge of other forms of training, obtaining certificates, Europass Mobility, Cards of individual achievements of the participant. Students are to learn the rules of competitiveness in the labor market, a self-assessment of learning outcomes, the partners have to know their assessment, and the school has to meet validation.DATE AND PLACE OF TRAINEESHIP:- In 2017 (Belgium in VI, VII, VIII; Malta, Germany, Spain in VII, Turkey in VII/VIII - 30 +7
