The project "Creativity and Entrepreneurship" aimed to bring together 30 young people from different countries to make conceptual and interpersonal exchange or indifferent to the methods of non-formal education, to discuss and give suggestions to solve one of the hottest European Community issues - unemployment and lack of viability for the young generation . It was held in the region of Troyan district - a region - given for example for an entrepreneurial people. To the activities were involve organizations from Bulgaria , Slovakia, Turkey, Poland and Romania, which are with the highest registered level of youth unemployment in Europe. For the implementation the objectives of the project was used proven methods based on practices by making emulate, group dynamics and work-based learning in an informal setting . Improving communication and breaking down barriers in dialogue are other positive impacts that had a positive effect for achieving the success. Positive effect were also the broken stereotypes, reducing social exclusion and isolation against specific circles of society. The creation of interpersonal contacts and relationships are important prerequisite for further cooperation and common business interests. The project had a strong European dimension, because the topic is of general - proven importance for all European countries.
