The participants of the project "Kosciuszkowcy in Europe" will be the teacher of our school, who want to increase the skills in the area of new technologies and teaching methods, communication skills and dealing with school failure The total number of participants in the project will be 12 teacher (some of them take part in more than one course)The project will be held in the period from 1st November 2016 to 31st October 2018. Teacher will take part in scholarships during holidays 2017 and 2018. Our partners in the project are organisations set up by professionals in the field of scholarships for teacher in Europe.During one week courses our teacher will be increasing their competences and their skills in international groups.Objectives of the project:1) developing skills in the field of ICT and new teaching methods2) developing skills in the field of communication between teacher and student, prevention of school failure and acquiring knowledge in the field of reducing early school leaving3) increasing of practical skills and ability to work in team4) exchange of pedagogical experience5) making new contacts which will be helpful in work with other schools in Europe6) developing the knowledge of EnglishImplementation of the project:1) enables support participants in vocational training in the acquisition and use of knowledge, skills and qualifications to facilitate personal development2) allows to increase the chance of employment in the European Labour Market3) encourages learning of modern foreign languages4) makes it possible to know a different region of Europe - Malta (its culture, customs, habits)5) makes it possible to meet people from different countries and to integrate 6) increase the feeling of self-esteem as the participants of the European UnionThrough the implementation of the project our school will gain experiences in winning new partners to work with at European level. The school will strengthen its position in region by qualified employees and will be a competitive institution.
