PROJECT CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES Our country has had difficulties in food production in Africa, the Middle East and is located in a neighboring region to Russia. Turkey's climate is necessary for the development of the agriculture industry, water supply, all kinds of transport, is a country with agricultural experience. Participants involved in canning production techniques in the project, packaging shape, materials used and the preparation methods of cooking that requires products and cooking methods, hygienic production, the business logic, mass production technologies will learn standards used in this field.       Our creative project, which adapt quickly to innovation, open communication, using the powers and responsibilities will contribute to the creation of the behavior of instances running. ACTIVITIES: SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS AND DISCLOSURE (July 2015 to October 2015) Project Management Team will be established Participants candidates will be notified Participants will be selected CONTRACTS (Nov. 2015) Reach grant contract will be signed with the Agency contract to be signed by the participants Mutakabat issues with the host institutions will be converted to an agreement. Participants learning agreement between the Host Institutions and Project Owner Authority signed PREPARATIONS (November 2015 to December 2015) Professional, cultural, linguistic and motivational training to do. Professional excursions will be organized Decision makers to visit MOBILITY's (January 2016 to February 2016) Germany flow of 15 participants and will be made with 14 days of internship training in January 2016 with two companions. Poland flow in February 2016 with 15 participants and two companions will be made with 14 days of internship training. DISSEMINATION (March 2016 to June 2016) METHODOLOGY: To be able to give an account during the execution of the project, open and transparent justice, participatory management, and group work methods will be used. EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM BENEFITS Participants canning techniques, packaging shape, materials and preparation methods, cooking requires products and cooking methods, hygienic production, the business logic, mass production technologies will learn the standards used in the art.
