Five partner institutions work in the project with four countries to organize training courses for 51 participants. The project offers needs-based, target group-specific trainings for staff in vocational training and trainees. The demand for transfer of knowledge with foreign colleagues is given from the rapid changes in economic, market, climate and demography, both in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania as well as in the target regions to be visited in the project. Dealing with the impact and results of change require special professional, methodological and social skills especially from the educational staff that will be promoted in particular in the project. Forestry students will work in different forests in Carpathian Mountains. The third activity is a 12-day stay teaching at school in Nagykörös to perform project work on various subjects with socially disadvantaged students of bakers, confectioners, gardeners. Before the project application we prepared a comprehensive partnership agreement by ECVET to determine the learning objectives for each target group among all partners. It is the basis for learning agreements concluded with each individual before training abroad. Participants will receive the Europass mobility for recognition of their performance. Training in partner institution abroad will be recognized part of their vocational training in home institution. The German, Hungarian and Spanish partners know each other from previous joint projects. The network for the internationalization of education in the forestry sector and in the food industry will be deepened. All participants are actively working on the design of networks and promote this. With a strong middle class and a sustainable education, the sparsely populated regions can better maintain. A catalog of good practice examples of the methods in the training of minorities in vocational education and technical and methodological training issues in the interaction of climate change impacts, water management and forestry, as well as the introduction of innovative products in bakeries and confectioners is developed to introduce the results into daily training practice and to present this at institutional, regional and sectoral level. Thus, the cooperation of all the partners in these areas leads to new projects in different areas. The result is a European added value. Cooperation between the forestry VET staff, international knowledge transfer on topics of forest management, the water and climate change, the protection of wetlands in different regions, in natural habitats in Romania and Spain also makes a small contribution to the UN Decade for the conservation of natural biodiversity 2011-2020. The social awareness of the value of biodiversity and the responsibility for the protection and sustainable use of its components will be promoted.
