The teachers working in Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 2 w Brzesku (Technical Vocational Schools number 2 in Brzesko) and Center of Practical Teaching in Kraków participated in the project. During the stay in St. Denis from 29th June to 3rd July 2015 the participants learnt about the organisation of vocational education on the similar level of Polish Vocational school and Vocational Technical School with special attention to education of vocational subjects. The participants could compare Polish and French Educational Systems taking into consideration vocational education. During the stay the teachers also compared systems of confirming the educational qualifications in Poland and France. They also participated in the lecture about creating the vocational diplomas and different forms of confirming vocational qualifications. The rules of the school cooperation between school and employers and organisation of dual education was an important element of the stay. The teachers will be able to use new knowledge during educational process in their schools. The teachers also visited laboratories and classes where practical education took place and had the opportunity to see the work of French teachers and instructors. They paid special attention to the role of vocational subjects in the process of achieving the diplomas and qualifications. The participants had the chance to see the corelation between general subjects and vocational ones. They participated in the preparation of the classes. They also learnt about functioning of French school from the administrative side. One of the important elements was to break the socio-cultural barriers what helped in contact and exchanging the experiences. The aquired experience will allow to organise the education in a better way and modernise the educational offer of all the schools taking part in the projects. The teachers learnt about technical novelties- modern devices used for example in building, technology, work organisation and education. They learnt about the educational possibilities which can be achieved by joining mobile technology and e-learning. As the electronical register will be present and e-learning platform will be functioning, the knowledge achieved will be very helpful. Also the participants learnt about the methods of psychological and pedagogical aid and solving educational problems. The visit allowed to gain practical experience and its usage during vocational education in Poland. The project will help to adapt some good practices from different European countries, getting to know the process of confirming international vocational qualifications and the support system of vocational education, knowledge exchange and observation in the context of vocational education for the needs of the local and European job market. Nowadays the pace of civilisation and technological changes causes that everyone must react very quickly to them and adapt to new challenges and requirements what is connected with broadening our competences. The participation in the project gave the chance and helped develop skills and modernise the educational systems, trainings and help the children. The main aim of the project was to learn about French educational system and develop job qualifications of teachers by realisation of some goals: g) confronting teachers' knowledge and experiences with reality of education in different European countries h) learning about the process of vocational education, and the role of employers in this process i) popularising good practices and innovative solutions j) developing language skills by participants k) implementation of new solutions l) developing knowledge and skills about e-learning Taking part in the project and knowledge exchange during the stay helped achieve previous goals, develop job qualifications, develop information and comunication competences and communication in foreign languahe The results of the projects will be: e) working in cooperation over tasks preparing to vocational examination, f) modernization of educational proggrammes sets, g) certificates Europass Mobility, h) certificates of vocational experience exchange given by foreign partner. A very important part of the exchange was the meeting with the employers- showing the effects of the stay- and signing the agreements of cooperation concerning practical education and adapting the educational offer to the needs of the local job market.
