The project was developed as a response to need for continuous profesional skills improvement of general subjects teachers in ZS in Siennica, in order to improve the management effectiveness of the learning process and development of students, and achieving professional satisfaction by these teachers. The goal of the project is expanding general subjects teachares qualifications which led to the improvement of teaching and preparing school graduates to their adult life. 10 general subject teachers employed from ZS in Siennica participated in the project. After completing the language and cultural preparation, they went for a week-long stay in Portugal. The teahers participated there in six days long training course "Key Competences in school education ." The results of the project are: acquiring by the the project participants new skills, improving knowledge of foreign languages among the project participants, personal development of project participants, overcoming cultural and custom barriers. Hard results are: completing a specified hours number of language and cultural preparation; receiving by the project participants Europass Mobility; receiving by the project participants a language course completion certificate, receiving by the project participants certificates of completing cultural preparation; receiving by the project participants "job shadowing" certificate- issued by the project partner. During the implementation of the project, methodology procedure will be based on a clear division of tasks and on principle of constant supervision over all project activities. From the first phase(creating objectives of the project) to the last(popularisation and closure of the project) documentation has been collected, and the responsibilities of project employees team has been well-defined. The project increased professional skills of participants - general subjects teachers, and after some time- will result in a higher skills level of other staff in our school and other educational establishments in our district, which will also benefit as the wider area of project results. The success of the project to other institutions will be an example that it is worth to implement mobility projects: participation in them increases the qualifications of employees and increases prestige of the applicant institution. The project will also facilitate cooperation development with other teacher education training institutions, will meet the needs of the region concerning the employment of highly educated general subjects teachers, will help to increase teaching level in other schools in Minsk district, and this will contribute- appropriately to the scale of our project - to a higher level of general education of school graduates from Siennica.
