The project builds on the 2014-2016 school year strategic plan, the annual operating plan for the year 2016 and research of students' and teachers' needs. The annual research of adaptation and the needs students and teachers has showed that students choose profession not because of its popularity but because of the intention to learn it, in order to have stable incomes and become competitive in labor market. However, the research also showed that students often break up with their studies in the last year because during their practice they recognize that there are too many specialists in vocational fields they have studied. In addition to labor market conditions and high professional qualification requirements, employers set up concrete criteria for young specialists: they are looking for workers who would be able to adapt, integrate and change together with alteration in society. Much attention is paid to the knowledge of foreign language and personal characteristics such as responsibility, independence, sociability, creativity, ability to work in team.According to rapid developments in the labor market and employers' requirements to young specialist school seeks to give students opportunity to build up their experience not only in classrooms/premises, but also implementing mobilities in foreign vocational training institutions and enterprises in a real work environment. Target groups of the project are: 2 vocational teachers (florists) and students of 5 vocational fields- floristic, hairdressing, dressmaking/pattern making, computer aided design and interior decoration.Project Duration - 12 months.Aims of the project:1. To improve quality of practical training through vocational training in a real work environment;2. To strengthen general cultural and technological competencies of students and vocational teachers.3. To reduce the number of students who leave the school without education.4. To master the use of new teaching methods and tools in order to enhance teaching (learning) attractiveness and satisfaction with chosen profession.During the project, 22 students and 2 teachers will be directly involved in practical training and fulfilling of tasks provided by responsible persons in receiving partners schools and companies. The tasks will be provided according the needs of the participants and their training programs. In addition, all participants will get acquainted with the relevant curriculum, innovations and technologies of specific vocational fields. Mobilities abroad will also allow sending organization and their pupils to assess their own performance. Students will have opportunity to evaluate their knowledge and skills in a new environment and to know themselves better. Sending institution on the basis of feedback got from the students will be able to check the efficiency of its vocational training.At the end of placements experience gained by teachers and students will be presented to the school community, students will demonstrate their practical results of completed tasks. Feedback on the project results will be posted on the school website and school's social account on Facebook.There is also an aim to inform as many students of Klaipeda city and district as possible on benefits of mobilities. Therefore it is foreseen to make presentations on implemented project mobilities which will be shown in annual "week of professions" event at school. Participants of mobilities will personally present their experience and impressions to students and teachers from all Klaipeda region.3 week - mobilities of students will be credited as continuous practice, staff mobilities will be recognized as qualification period abroad. In addition, implemented mobilities will have direct impact on students' and teachers' personal development, because their knowledge and skills will be expanded and intercultural awareness will be achieved. During mobilities students and teachers will improve foreign language skills as well and they will learn to adapt to the new working environment. This will contribute to the meeting of their linguistic competence need
