Antalya is one of the richest cities in Turkey by historical, cultural and geographical means and therefore especially in summer season the local community has a rich social life. Since the volunteers coming to Antalya will be in the campus, they will be able to benefit from all the university's activities as well. Since Antalya is a city where tourism is the main economic revenue, especially in summer season it attracts a huge rate of immigrants because of the tourists visiting and for this reason it had a rapid growth and became very large. Moreover, Antalya is a cosmopolitan city where people from different religions, languages and cultures live together.
