The aim of the project is to simplify the HR-development of accommodation providers on the two sides of the border (to help employees keep their job or prepare new workers fast and effectively), widen the variety of their guest attracting and keeping programs, reducing unemployment and improving the economic situation in the region. The project activities are: 3 training programmes and distance training materials (240-240 lessons long) in the field of boarding, maintaining accommodation, and handling guests and organising programmes; each tested on a pilot group of 12-12 people, a methodological handbook for accommodation providers on activities to attract and keep guests in two languages, 6 professional training in tourism for 90 participants, 1 international tourism exhibition, 1 exchange for accommodation providers, 1 thematic conference on tourism.The direct beneficiaries of the project are the workers of the accommodations in the two counties who take part in the trainings (90 people in Romania and 36 in Hungary), the hosts utilizing the distance training materials and the methodological handbook (about 150-200 guest houses in each counties), accommodation providers participating to the exchange (50 people in Romania).Among the project results: 6 professional training in tourism for 90 participants, 1 international tourism exhibition, 1 exchange for accommodation providers, 1 thematic conference on tourism.
