The aim of this project is to increase skills of adult education employees engaged in lifelong education and in public awareness rising, which is in line with the long-term Development Plan of our organization. The proposed trainings will significantly contribute to improve learning outcomes for more than 15 000 adult learners who are involved in our current lifelong education programmes, which are funded from EU projects. In total six employees who identified their need to increase their competencies will attend 8 mobilities that will comprise 6 shorter education trips (duration 2-5 days, more individuals), one language course (14 days, one person) and one longer education mobility (14 days, one person). We expect that participants will increase their skills and abilities to apply in the Czech environment for lifelong learning innovative methods that are successful abroad. Mobility will also support the ability of workers to innovatively communicate the most pressing environmental problems and issues . Participants will also be able to: - Upgrade the format of our training seminars and workshops, implement e -learning and supplementary materials for participants, improve feedback via a web interface. - Min. two persons will be able to organize innovative webinar (online seminar ). - The project will strengthen skills to prepare innovative educational publications that will communicate more visuals , more use info-graphics so participants can interpret new data and ideas easily The applicant will be able to better organize other activities of international cooperation in education, especially in projects KA 2 + Erasmus Strategic Partnership, three grants supported by EEA – Norway grants, cross-border cooperation and other programmes. Furthermore, we expect that participants will improve their presentation skills, language competencies, communication and negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate European educational projects that will help to prevent negative environmental changes at the international level, such as the loss of biodiversity.
