The project gives an important contribution to the Europass systemic aim of promoting transparency of qualifications and competences; the partners’ original idea is the use of ICTs and of specific, simple, interactive tools to facilitate all the procedures and the actions planned by Europass. The partners a) analyse the potential impact of the integration of the blog tool in the process concerned with Europass CV and with the definition of an identified CV protocol: the blog gives the opportunity of integrating the CV with images, photos, videos, audios; b) deepen methodological and instrumental information on the relationship between demand and responsiveness when specific qualifications and competences lead to occupational successes, and in particular for those who have been previously experiencing European network actions and mobility, LdV included; c) analyse the relationship between expectations and impact of successful opportunities in the academic, professional and geographical mobility; d) analyse the opportunities of professional training and re-training given by the overall procedures foreseen by Europass; e) valorise the outcomes in the sector of training and of lifelong learning on a transnational dimension. The basic aim of the overall work programme is of the utmost importance: to define the characteristics of a transparent and complete electronic version of CVs, updatable online, readable through semantic procedures, translatable in the 20 European languages through the specific technological interface, useful to foster transnational mobility.
