KEMP - Keep employment by developping e-skills.
Start date: Dec 1, 2007,
Conscious of the difficulties that older workers face in terms of age discrimination and the increasing demand for technical competency, the KEMP project offered e-skills development specifically for older workers in service-sector SMEs. Building upon an initial needs analysis and state-of-the-art reflection on e-skills in the service-sector, partners identified and compiled a series of good learning practices and approaches, directly oriented to the target group. Beyond this, a common skills development course was developed and tested across the partner countries.
