Keep Spining is a group EVS project involving two sending organisations and the portuguese hosting organisations. The two volunteers will be placed in Lisbon for a 9 months period and will be invloved in the activities and projects developed by the hosting organisation on the frames of european programmes as well as being able to develop and implement their own project ideas in the fields of youth work and intercultural learning. At the loocal community level, the volunteers will be engaged in the organisation of cultural and social activities for young people, as well as in all the social inclusion projects promoted and co-organized by Spin Association together with the social network of carnide, which would be held specifically in the Bairro da Horta Nova and Carnide are.These tasks have the purpose to promote personal growth and maturity of the volunteers by developing theis sense of social reality and responsability, their knowledge on issues related to inclusion policies on disadvantage areas, while fostering their creativity and pro-activeness in adressing them.
