The European context since 2008 doesn’t encourage the integration of the youth generally speaking, but even more for the youth with fewer opportunities. These young people have most of the time difficulties to find their place in our society. This feeling of exclusion reinforce polarization and sectarianism. However, sometimes only a little help would be sufficient for them to find self-confidence. Mobility project is quite an interesting tool. In fact confronting himself to cultural differences, promoting exchanges and encounters, acquiring knowledge and know-how to live, by inserting themselves into a dynamic project, young people participate as active citizens in the development and the entrenchment of collective well-being.Despite this and the constant efforts on behalf of all stakeholders, at the moment, an international mobility project is a window on the world that is accessible only for youth with high cultural and economic capital. For most of the other, a mobility experience is something impossible for various reasons. Our job is to deconstruct these ideas by making them aware of the various opportunities available to them. We would like to make mobility accessible to all. This EVS project aims to promote mobility programs and facilitating access to them for Youth with fewer opportunities. Through sensitize, animation and training, Frederikke will support the work of Dynamo International team. She will also provide for these kids a living proof that such experience is much more accessible than they think. The EVS will take place from 01 October 2016 to 31 July 2017. Frederikke, the selected volunteer will work full time in the Dynamo International mobility service in our local Brussels. She will work sometimes in Namur too. Voluntary will help us according to her desires, expectations and skills, she wants to develop. Here is a projection of the tasks she might perform during her voluntary service:1. Youth Support 2. Sensitize 3. Training 4. Animation - Activities5. Personale Project
