The host EVS Project of Erasmus + Program will take place in Ustron, small tourist town in Beskidy Mountains in Poland. Volunteers from different European countries are going to participate in all kind of activities undertaken in Education and Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children. Through the project we want to promote an idea that everyone "has" something that can share with others. Volonteers can share their creativity, tradition, free will to help and their personality and empathy. We are hosting four volunteers who are able to purchase a competences in the work with the people who needs a special form of support, having different and special needs. Duration of the project is 10 months. Volunteers are involved in different tasks from Monday to Friday in our working hours 8.00- 14.00. We do our best to creat the most friendly atmosphere, we provide any kind of necessary support like coordinations with project coordinator and mentor. AT the begining volunteers observe our work organized by the teachers, it helps them to take their own initiative. The active way of participating in the project should equip young people in the knowledge and experiences, whos can help thep to take a decisions in their life and give them a satisfacion of doing something good in social process. Youngsters with different kind of disabilities need a lots of empathy, friendship, helping hand, understanding, feeling safty. Thats also the competitions which our volonteers should purchase during participation in this project.
