The EVS Project will take in Ustron, small tourist town in Beskidy mountains. For 10 months volunteers for EVS are going to participate in activities of Education and Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children.. The topic of that project is, that everyone is rich of experiences and is able to share this knowledge with others. We host volunteers who have experiences in the work with youngsters with special needs and it is there choice to stay for 10 months in the place, where they can support young people in needs. They are a very positive person, full of good will, energy and personal skills for this kind activity. We are trying to create a friendly atmospere and give them support. Volunteers will sped the time in The Center, at the beginning observing our job, working methods in different group. It will be done in active way by helping in all activities. After this time, that is depending on them, they will be able to propose and run their own ideas for acticities. Work with children with special needs is specific and many different methods are used in it. Also in such a group of people with difficulties, personal skill are important, even more then other things (education, experiences). Kids with disabilities they need a lots of empathy, good feelings, friendship, helping hend, understanding. We are sure that our candidates are such a persons and the project will be succesful to all of us.
