This current plan consists of: A. Activity A 1 with a row of mobility in German and one row in Italy. Row 1 is a mixed team of 10 students in their D semester of their initial vocational education of IIEK MORFI, in the specialty “ TECHNICIAN OF MEDICINES, COSMETICS AND RELEVANT PRODUCTS” – ORGANISM OF RECEPTION : “ Atraining Bildungszentrum “ , KARLSRUHE. The participants will receive theoretical and technical training in the usage of application and services of electronic commerce for par pharmaceutical products, lingual preparation in special themes of language and professional terminology and will materialize professional visits in industries of medicine and cultural visits – excursions. Row 2 is a mixed team of 10 students in their D semester of their initial vocational education of IIEK MORFI, in the specialty of “PRE – SCHOOL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES OF CREATION AND EXPRESSION” - ORGANISM OF RECEPTION: “ EUROFORM RFS”, RENDE/ CALABRIA. The participants will receive theoretical and technical education in environmental education and empirical learning in the field, lingual preparation in special themes of language and professional terminology, visits related to the field and cultural places. This plan has a main target to satisfy the need of professional and personal strengthening of the new participants “ The ways of Europe” so as they acquire advantages during the economic crisis and the high level of unemployment in our country. More over, it aims in the need of upgrading the professional skills of the participants, the strengthening of polyglottism, the digit subject in education and professional activity, the changing of their believes related to the chances in employment and global working experience and network. Finally, with this plan the participants will have the chance to have self-confidence , to feel encouraged and realize the European multicultural dimension of education and working showing bareness and respect to difference. Through theoretical and mainly technical practice, labs, short speakings, professional visits, lingual and cultural preparation, presentations, computer classes, experiments, and creative expression in the field, structures and usage of materials from the nature, the participant of both rose will be educated in the new learning ecosystem which includes both of non typical education. Learning results: The participants in row1 will broaden the understanding of technical, political, and in general systems in the working and educational sector and will familiarize with the removal of professional paradigm shift from the traditional commerce to the electronic commerce as a field of possible working in the future. The participants in row 2, will be familiarized with the educational paradigm shift from the typical teaching to the mix of teaching methods and the power of experienced learning, they will practiced in the depiction of ideas with originality and they will boost the value of environmental education in the field as a method of improvement learning and the relationship between people and environment. This education will offer them adding value in the overall professional profile as the environmental education in the field is not representing in their basic training. Finally, equal chances of training for both genders are included in the plan whereas its successful materialization will enforce the extroversion of our organism to the training and network with organism, institutions and companies, in the framework of European community while it will promote chances for modernization and globalization. The benefits all the participants and beneficiaries will take, will be in the temper of them who are in charge of vocational training. It and tails that the results of the plan can be used for the improvement of the systems quality, programs and training structures. B.
