The present prosopal have two flows.The first flow will be a team of 12 teachers of the school and will be take place into the Don Calabria College of Ferrara (Italy), where there is the National Center of Entrepreneurship of Italy. The main purpose of the project is to support participants with a view to acquiring knowledge and skills, in order to facilitate personal development. The ultimate goal of the project is the improvement of the quality of Vocational education through the didactic methodology of youth Entrepreneurship.The second flow will be a team of 14 students aged up to 18 from vocational school of Aliartos of various specialties with equal participation of men – women with the contribution of their professors. The program will be take place in Spain, into the educational center of FU Academy. FU Academy specialised in several additional fields of education and gained much experience in the organisation of over 70 EU funded international mobility projects in the frame of Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig and now Erasmus+. As a Spanish language school, the FU International Academy is officially recognized by the Cervantes Institute which guarantees the quality of Spanish teaching in educational centers around the world.Basic goals of the program are:• Education and familiarity of students in up to date business environment.• Acquiring of knowledge – skills – abilities.• Interconnecting with the market of work.• Development of skills of written and oral communications.• An achievement of European consciousness.• Development of practical skills covering needs of development of company communication through P/C.• Development of communicational application and exchange with clients, suppliers and cooperators.• Sensibility in modern demands of labor market.• Understanding of the need for all – life education.• Encouragement of new business creation.Motivation program Erasmus + program will give the ability to students to gain skills experience from a work environment of an other country, basic needs of education and skillfulness will be covered with the business they will enrich their CV, and also the trainees will visit a foreign country and will meet it s civilization (habits – customs ). Complementary, the project will contribute to the cultural and language development of the skills of each participant by staying in a foreign country with a different culture and customs.
