Career Club is a youthexchange project which will be held in Aydın between 4th September 2016 and 11th September 2016.Our project is a 8 days international project which collects 35 young participants from Turkey,Bulgaria,İtaly,Romania and Poland.The main theme of the project is youth unemployment, which is a common problem across Europe.Young people who are the guarantee of our future, seek to build their lives and realize the ideals.There are many base reasons of youth unemployment.European Union also reveals youth policies to eliminate these problems.The projects implemented under this policy are always create a positive impacts.With this aim,in our project,we will considerabout the reasons of youth unemployment in Europe,solutions and approaches of the young people.While planning our project activities,we will support the youngsters in career planning and job preparation issues by using non formal education methods.We will support them in self-confidence, entrepreneurship and competence development issues.In the workshops which will be held during the project ,there will be many activities about preparing CV, business plan and motivation letter,effective communication and teamwork,entrepreneurship,European opportunities and recognition of European qualification tools.The active participation of young people in these activities will be provided. At the end of the project, participants will have an idea about youth unemployment and solutions, employment and will have a much more will benefit them in career planning process.At the same time,with the young people from different countries,they will fight against a problem that will raise European youth.We think that, our project is an important step towards youth unemployment in long term period.
