The new Common Agricultural Policy is the link to a new institutional framework that motivates with the quality rather than the quantity of agricultural production. This is clearly a must for all European states. After competition with emerging economies is uneven in part of production costs, are of vital importance to consolidate the country as soon as possible, that our survival is directly linked to that of the production of quality products rival those producing competitive countries.The main objective of the project is the acquisition of professional skills of potential beneficiaries and adopting latest practices in terms of sectoral training in new farming methods, standards and especially the marketing table grapes as a new alternative crop for the area of Imathia.Specific objectives are: --The Gaining experience regarding modern agricultural practices, j control product quality and certification of these - The Know-how transfer for improving table grape varieties cultivation methods analogous to the microclimate of each area --The Understanding of the importance of collaborative as an essential tool in economic and social life of small provincial towns (eg Collective addressing the introduction of new technologies in growing, storage, standardization - processing and marketing)--The Training in new methods by adopting energy saving methods. (RES) and general methods environmentally friendly- The Development of Social and Personal Skills (communication, teamwork and interpersonal professionalism, confidence, responsibility, initiative)--The Integration skills at work in order to link training to employment.--The Acquisition intercultural awareness of the participants.--The Strengthening the European dimension of ongoing lifelong training for the internationalization of stakeholders and networking among EU countries.Potential beneficiaries in the planned mobility will be 40 executives and self-employed, who are responsible development staff who maintain farms in the region of Veria and are members of the Agricultural Cooperative Episkopis "ALEXANDER". Participants living in the same area of Imathia, know each other, have the same business goals and the same educational needs, things that are homogeneous and consequently favor the achievement of the central and sub-objectives of the project.As host country chosen Italy because of the significant organizational and technological progress made in the thematic scope of the proposal and is the biggest rival country in the area of the planned mobility basic training subject.The implementation of the Plan will contribute to the assimilation of modern organizational and managerial standards. Having gained self-organization skills, participants will be able to meet the challenges of a working world that is becoming more complex and should be able to support the competitiveness of enterprises where they work. Highlighting the positive comparative advantages resulting from the dissemination of mobility is expected to sweep similar organizations in promoting collective responsibility at local level, strengthening European awareness and networking with corresponding European training bodies.The main objective is to acquire and use knowledge, skills and qualifications regarding the cultivation, standardization, certification and marketing of table grapes as a new alternative farming in the prefecture of Imathia and the wider region.Trainees will develop critical thinking skills, team spirit, responsibility, intercultural awareness and will be able to work out how to adapt the new data in their workplace. In addition, they gain valuable experience from their contact with the culture of the host country through the cultural familiarization programs with scheduled visits to the main cultural resources of the host country and participation in cultural events, which ensures the intercultural approach of the project.Final expected output is to develop extroversion of the cooperative, with promising prospects for the future of enterprises engaged in agricultural production and improve their competitiveness on international markets.
