The proposed proposal aims at knowledge/expertise that would not be possible to obtain the trainees in Greece. The trainees, 14 people from the aesthetic department and 14 people from the hairdressing department, come from lower and middle class and have no experience of travelling abroad or of a foreign language. The training program is clearly defined and is absolutely realistic. The methodology proposed is optimal as it was not possible to cover all the material requested by the trainees of each field, in two weeks. Specifically, trainees from the aesthetic field will specialize in face make-up air brush and 3D nail implementations. The technique is not widely known as it has just appeared on the market. Participants will be trained in the use of special tools/ products applied in the case of permanent make-up. The results of the new technique leads to a bright and youthful face with durability. Moreover, the trainees will be specified in the new technique of three-dimensional nail art. Additionally, in January 2015 at Hairdressing world appeared the Pixelated Hair technique. It is a combination of digital art with the natural hair. The participants will be trained in hairdressing art painting, in which applying square boxes of colors in hair which is given the illusion of the color digitization. The results of this innovative technique, makes hair to show that it consists of minerals computer screen color «pixels». This novel technique is already widespread, especially in young ages, as seems to be the technique of the future. The certification, Europass mobility, chosen is recognized all through European and the holder of the Europass certificate can apply for job in Greece or any other country in Europe. The partners have undertaken specific roles that appear in detail in the proposed training program. IEK in cooperation with INEDIVIM will take care of airtickets, the trainee’s insurance, and their transfer from and to the airport. The project evaluation will be effected at the first week and at the end of whole project in Spain before they leave from the Spain and one more time when they will return to Greece. The results in all evaluations, will be confirmed through discussion between the trainees and the Director and they will be upload in Facebook and IEK site in Greek and English. In an event organized by the IEK, trainees will disseminate the results and experience gained from the training program. Briefly the propose project will contribute to the increase the entrepreneurship for young trainees, improvement of knowledge in novel techniques, in a foreign language, in technology and training methods.
