The main goal of the project is to enhance professional abilities of the participants through: -improvement of the quality of vocational education, acquisition of new practical skills in veterinarian, landscape gardening and gastronomic branches -shaping pro marketing and pro enterprise attitudes -encouragement to open for the use of a foreign language especially with specialized vocabulary -encouragement to open for cultural differences - getting to know how Spanish and German companies from gastronomical and gardening branches operate, their organization and work culture, requirements for employees, promotion and marketing. The experience gained will make it easier for the participants to find jobs abroad and in domestic labour market, as well as to run their own companies -gaining knowledge about organization and working of the German veterinarian companies -shaping practical assertive attitudes which will help in active job seeking and self career promotion in the labour market Before leaving for the course the participants will have the opportunity to take part in the language course(English, German and/or Spanish) especially covering technical vocabulary along with the information about the cultural background of the country to be visited. The preparation will also include basic tips for daily life. The course will be continued by foreign partners The project covers the organization of the professional practice for the 96 participants who are the students of The Agricultural Education Centre called Augustyn Suski in Nowy Targ among which there are: 1.Veterinary Technician- practice in German Educational Centre, two groups with 18 students in each, duration 14 days 2.Landscape Gardening Technician-practice in German companies, two groups with 15 students in each. duration 28 days 3.Gastronomic Technician-practice in Spanish companies, two groups with 15 students in each, duration 28 days The expected results of the project: -gaining abilities impossible to achieve in Poland -intercultural experience -contact with the living language and breaking language barriers which will lead to gaining practical communication skills impossible to achieve while attending language courses in Poland Moreover: -it will enhance creativity -it will enable to make new friends in the environment that is valuable for the participants` professional development -participants are expected to increase their self esteem and abilities to cooperate in bigger groups of peers centered round the same goal - the project is certain to improve the chances of the participants to find employment in the local labour market due to their new and special skills gained, which will make them attractive -The project will make it easier for them to become potential workers in the countries of the European Union owing to the knowledge about functioning of foreign companies and may enable faster promotion - Those interested in opening their own companies will find the project the most helpful
