?Invisible Youth? has been the third edition of a youth exchange among young people from Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain. The topics dealt were ?Youth Policy? and ?discrimination? the first part took place in Berlin in summer 2012, from the 29th of July to the 5th of August. These two topics rooted from historical, social and political events. In Berlin, we have discovered what discrimination means, related to the effects of an extreme right-wing ideology, which is rising. We have work against this issue together with Berlin participants.
Immigration huge impact in the European Union and its continuous migratory movements of citizens looking for a future makes it a particularly relevant for young generations. At the same time, the interest and necessity of dealing with problems related to immigration increases due to the process of integration in Europe. The second exchange took place in Napoli from the 27/12/2013 to the 3/01/2014. In this event, after talking to Italian youth organizations, we discovered the exclusion they suffer because of the conflict. This situation is different from the Berlin one as it as a role of exclusion, moreover against citizens from Napoli. In this third meeting which we realized from the 10/07/2014 to the 20/07/2014 we have talked about youth topics which suffer a higher amount of poverty and have an uncertain future. We also talked about gender equality and the situation of ethnic communities which suffer exclusion. We started from the different situations that we observed in the previous meetings and, after that, we tried to look for solutions and debate about discrimination.
