Place of development: Palencia (Spain).Project context:Scheduled for the month of August 2016 between Spain, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, the exchange will take place in Palencia, a city in the Autonomous Community of Castilla and Leon in Spain. It is a city that is hovering around 80,000 inhabitants, with a strong history and tradition that attracts young people from other countries.During these days they are going to carry out activities in several municipalities of Palencia province, such as Carrion de los Condes, Saldana, Paredes de Nava, Becerril de Campos and in the city of Santander, the other activities will be held in different places the city, "the Fields of Friendship", "Parque Dos Aguas" Rdcia Barnabites ...In the latter place will be where participants of all organizations where a full board will have and in cases where you have to eat outside the facility, participants will have prepared a picnic for those occasions staying.If we speak of the human context, groups formed by young people from 16 to 21 years who come to this exchange with the idea to satisfy and meet objectives. I encourage an open attitude, active participation, use of the interrelation of groups ... it will be easy to achieve the objectives set at the beginning.Project Type:- Cultural exchange with participation in different activities, but with an informative and educational background about the Erasmus + program and its possibilities. Social inclusion, solidarity and multiculturalism, assimilation of key skills ... are important aspects within the program.Theme:- Knowledge of different cultures.- Equity, including collaboration and interaction between young- Active Citizenship and possibilities.Goals:- Learn and interact cross-culturally.- Actively participate in all activities, encouraging solidarity, collaboration and social inclusion.- Know the culture of other young Europeans.- Educate our young European citizenship.- Create concerns by learning about other cultures.- Teaching and sharing customs and traditions of both countries.- Strengthening key competences for lifelong learning as they are essential for its transversal character and in regard to insertion and adaptation capacity.dates:The first phase of the project will be held from August 1 until 18 March. At this stage the contact between the associations to be closing and specifying everything that has been planned, it will start to spread the content of the exchange and prepare for the arrival of the / youth Palencia will resume.The development phase will be from 19 to 29 both inclusive, shall be eleven days of activities between the two groups.The results exploitation phase will take place from the last day of the exchange, until 30th October, where he will close the program. these results will be disseminated by the actions proposed for this purpose.Number of participants: 36 + four leaders groupActivities:- Visit to different buildings and landmarks of the province of Palencia.- Gastronomic activities, cooking, adventure, recreational, customs and traditions of cultures in this project.- Design and development of different workshops, gincamas, evenings, games, ... all with active participation by the / young people.- Outdoor activities (popular games, workshops, sports, ...)- Activities presentation of possibilities of Erasmus + program.- Final evaluation.During this program activities such as workshops, treasure hunts, games, excursions and visits, exchanges of customs, simulation games, role-plays, workshops, photographic rally, exchanges of views, presentations will be made ...They are to be used methodological strategies for active participation of young people, will be used for this purpose methods of intercultural non-formal learning, informal and, that is, they will have to be participants in their teaching and learning processes, and therefore all phases of the activities to be developed, many of them will also be players in the design phase. Through guided discovery and problem solving should be them who are acquiring knowledge of the activities that we will propose.Finally there will be an assessment activity in which groups, young people should explain activities during their stay at Palencia, and we know if we have achieved the objectives set at the beginning. Before this, it will be the last day of the program, at the end of each activity or each day (depending on the programming of each day) will be a self-assessment to see if they have achieved the intended goal.
