Project „JUMP INTO PRACTICE” is a project of the mobility of learners and staff in vocational education and training carried out in the period of 01.06.2015 - 06.01.2017 by Zespol Szkol Zawodowych Towarzystwa Salezjanskiego w Oswiecimiu, in collaboration with Centre San Juan Bosco, Associazione CNOS-FAP Piedmont and Salesianos Padre Aramburu. The idea behind the project is that 48 students of the Salesian Technical Public School - studying the profession of vehicle technician, mechanic technician - machining, wood technology technician and Salesian Vocational Public School studying the profession of car mechanic, cutting machine operator and carpenter will participate in professional experience in enterprises in Italy and Spain. In addition, a minimum of 20 teachers and managers of the School, will participate in the 4-day training in partner institutions. The aim of the project is to support 48 students of Public Salesian Technical School and Public Salesia Vocational School in the acquisition of competences in order to broaden their opportunities for personal growth and increase the chance of employment in the European labor market and abroad through participation in monthly internships in Italy and Spain. Second aim is to support for a training of minimum 20 people working in the Public Salesian Technical School and Public Salesian Vocational School of Basic in in education, training and youth to introduce innovation and improve the quality of teaching, training and youth work in Europe through participation in Job shadowing. Moreover, thanks to the project, the participants will gain more knowledge about life and work in Italy and Spain, they will get a better chance to get to know the culture of these countries and will have the opportunity to create a network of international contacts to enable active participation in social life and development of a sense of European citizenship and identity. Taking action to increase the attractiveness of mobility and the international dimension of the Zespol Szkol Zawodowych Towarzystwa Salezjanskiego in the coming years to be able to offer activities and programs that will better meet the needs of people in Europe and beyond. To provide students with a better recognition of competences acquired during study periods abroad, they will receive Europass Mobility Certificate. The project supports the international mobility to and from the partner countries in the fields of vocational training and youth. The project will help to: - increase the attractiveness of vocational education in Europe - support internationalization, attractive quality, equality of access and the modernization of vocational education institutions in order to promote the development of partner countries, - promote cooperation in the field of youth with the partner countries.
