The City Youth Public Work Bad Kisingen together with its Youth and Culture Centre, which is taking part in the EVS, is a open youth center for children, youth and multiplier between 10 and 25 years. The chosen volunteer from Russian Federation should stay 12 month in the project (August 2015 till the End of July 2016). After an orientation- and introduction-phase she should have the possibility and time to start and realize her own projects and activities. She can support different free-time-activities in the center (open youth centre, activity-playground, workshops, concerts) but also realize own initiatives (like guitar or dance classes). The volunteer will experience and will be actively involved in the daily life of the club. She will be part of the team and will be supported to implement own projects, depending on her abilities. It is part of the EVS to have frequent guidance and reflections with the volunteer in her project. It this project not only the volunteer will benefit but also the youth. Thank to the regular meetings with the international volunteer, the young visitors of the club can learn more about the world and other cultures as well as break their stereotypes and prejudices. Maybe they would even get interested to travel or to take part in a project abroad. The volunteer in Bad Kissingen will be also connected in a network of all the EVS volunteers from the region, they will meet regularly, travel, meet other people and spemd free time together.
