The "shadowing by the inclusion" consist of an exchange of experiences between AVAS association of Spain and the NGO "Jaunatne pair" of Latvia. The main objective will be to increase the quality of the interventions carried out with users / Child and youth at risk of social exclusion from the various entities. To meet the objectives we realize a KA1 - Youth Workers Movility -, where we will work for achieve the new methods and strategies to intervene whit disadvantaged young. This KA1 was divided in two mobility activities, on the one hand, two Spanish participants will travel to Latvia for collaborate and intervene in their differents programs durint twenty days, between 7th and 26 September. On the other hand, in the second activity twoo Latvian participants belonging to the association "Jaunatne pair" will travel to Spain to be included in programs AVAS and exchange experiences with workers. In the second case, the activity also will last twenty days between 5 and 24 October. In the second activity, in addition to collaboration in the Spanish association, we will obtain the conclusions new methods and appropriate strategies for intervention with children at risk of social exclusion. Once finalized the two activities, methods and strategies obtained, and done a good job of spreading, it will give continuity to the project by KA2 (youth initiatives) both associations planned to implement the results of this project
