Finding a job is becoming ever more complicated for young people all over Europe. On a labour market bearing the marks of the economic crisis, the place that a young person should occupy becomes questionable. A survey conducted in 2015 shows that throughout the European Union, one in five young people is unemployed and has no real perspective of finding a job within the next six months. This situation is even worse in the less developed countries of the EU, where the young workforce tends to migrate to areas with greater economic potential, located in the west of Europe.Specialists point out that young people lack both the necessary abilities and motivation to find a job after graduating school, especially in those countries where unemployed young people are financially assisted by the social system.JOB ME! is a mobility project which brings together participants from the West and East of Europe, thus being a valuable learning opportunity as it entails the exchange of ideas, experiences and work methods in the context of a common European market, free of restrictions as far as workforce is concerned, yet still quite heterogeneous from one end to the other. The specific objectives of this project are:-To stimulate and promote the skills needed when searching for a job and to determine the young participants to try and better understand how the labour market functions in Europe;-To promote entrepreneurial mindset among the young participants;-To develop the ability to communicate in a foreign language, English being the work language throughout the project; The project activities will be attended by 30 young people with fewer opportunities from Romania, Italy, Poland, Lithuania and Slovakya. At the end of the project, we aim to improve the employability of the young participants and disseminate the information and results of the project to a number of approximately 1000 young people from all the five participant countries.
