This project will allow 16 young people, from two French communes: Aspres and Conflent Canigo, and 16 young people from two Spanish communes in Catalonia, Ripollès and Garrotxa to meet and exchange. They have in common, to be living in a geographic, demographic, cultural landlocked and economically unfavorable context for their employability.The main objective is to participate in their extra professional training by giving them assets to promote their future social inclusion and boost their will to become a real player in their lives. A non-formal educational approach, common and shared by the Franco-Catalan teaching staff, will be used to allow developing psycho social skills necessary for their socialization and useful knowledge for their cultural and European opening too absent in their territories. With this project, strong ties will be maintained between the teaching teams to continue to share and learn together in the educational and social support for young people in rural areas.Finally, the young people who will have participated in this project will be highlighted in their respective territories by becoming Ambassadors of European exchanges.
