The project makes contribution into the EU and Russia integration process, enlargement of knowledge about the EHEA, Bologna process and quality assurance as its essential part. As enhancing the quality and relevance of learning and teaching is the main mission of the EHEA according to the Yerevan Communiqué 2015, project activities are aimed to provide all target audiences (master students, educators, researches, regional and national policy makers, etc.) with keen understanding how to develop transparent descriptions of learning outcomes and appropriate assessment methods based on best European practices. The master study programme “Education measurement and quality assessment” curricula modernization by implementing a course module focused on European best practices of independent quality assessment and master students participation in additional project activities such as conference and seminars will bring up a new generation of quality assurance experts for Russian education system reforming and integration into EHEA. Planning curricula modernization is considered as a first step to creation of the joint master study programme on quality assurance. Traditionally DSTU develops study programmes in collaboration with industry representatives and there are some corporate departments in the university which train specialists according to the current industrial needs. In this case the staff involved into the project realization is highly aware about European integration process and well-qualified to provide in-depth knowledge on European studies as well as quality assurance tools and methodology. Master programme graduates are expected to be prepared to work in quality assurance as in Russian market as in European one especially on the problem of quality assurance systems integration.
