In order to ensure practice for vocational education institutions students’ key aspects are skills of people involved in practice, communication and collaboration quality, with vocational schools and practice providers (business). Qualitative practice = 3 the shared responsibility, the parties' successful cooperation 3 stages of practice organization (www.qualityplacements.eu).Farmers should be the main drivers of the process of science and innovation development - the only way to ensure a viable agricultural production in the future. Farmers are highly needed innovative solutions to allow more flexibility to adapt to climate change. Smarter and more sustainable agricultural production is necessary in order to ensure viable rural areas. That the producers themselves can tell the problems encountered in everyday life, and whose resolution would enable products to produce cheaper, more environmentally friendly and socially responsible way, educating and training young farmers.Union "Farmers Parliament" members are also able to contribute through the professional training of students of educational institutions supporting sustainable rural development and employment by adopting new production technologies, moving it to the value of nature conservation and higher value-added products, thereby contributing to employment, incomes and natural values in rural areas.ERASMUS KA1 + project "New technologies in practice for agricultural practice managers” aim is to learn new technologies of effective crop production, thus improve their professional skills and competences as well as to acquire additional knowledge and skills in the agricultural sector practices in the organization, management, practice report evaluation in cooperation with vocational schools, qualification exams making profession day organizing etc.Project benefits:1) T acquainted with the organization of agricultural practice, practice programs, mentor cooperation with educational institutions, opportunities to influence curriculum and qualification standards; 2) explored the flow of information and knowledge management activities running agri-environment, the cultivation of protein cultures and seed production and all agriculture industry; 3) the new and unexplored potential for agriculture-based industries; 4) explored operating cost reduction opportunities and efficiency optimization, balancing the existing resource management in order to reduce environmental pollution and promote conservation of biodiversity, as well as the provision of high quality raw material and production, promoting integrated production methods; 5) explored innovation and / or agricultural process cycle reduction options; 6) explored the intellectual property management; 7) provided further opportunities for collaboration with partners and joint implementation of projects; 8) promoted the acquisition of professional terminology in foreign languages and a short presentation of the cultural heritage; 9) raised agricultural sector rae prestige and attraction of young specialists; 10) cross-sector cooperation.Participants in the project group consists of 10 '' Farmers' Parliament '' members - practice managers, which provides vocational training placements for students of agriculture. Job –shadowing programme will be implemented in the France and the Denmark. The project gained the skills and competencies will be assessed with the Europass CV documents. A broad dissemination campaign will be carried out. The project will make a major impact, or will make a great contribution to the Zemnieku Saeima supervisor/ practice provider competence and students preparing to be competitive in the job market.
