ICT ABC is a training for non-governmental organizations, which aims at widening and sharing knowledge about use of ICT’s. Nowadays plenty of tools are available, which can help with managing projects or organizations. Therefore we would like to gather 18 people from 8 organizations from different countries to share knowledge that we have with them. Our participants will be people working in NGO’s who would like to up skill themselves in use of ICT tools and who would like to share their knowledge in their teams. During the project we will provide number of presentations of tools and programs which could help in organizational work. We will show how to manage social media effectively (everybody uses them but not everybody know the algorithms of their work), which programs you can use to create interesting info graphics, presentation or poster. Many organizations cannot afford to hire IT specialist or graphic designer - that is why they are dependent on their own skills – that is why we want to help them to do it on their own. Methods which we will use will be very simple. First of all, it will be learning by doing, which means working on a project or presentation of organization with use of given program. Everything under wary eye of specialists. Another method will be peer-to-peer learning. During these session participants will share their good practices which they have with using some tool/program/network. Results are as follows: firstly, more effective work in the organizations and better visibility of the projects and up skilling youth workers. Thanks to that, organizations will be able to take care of many issues on their own, without spending money on specialists. Another result will be creating new partner network, which due to use of ICT tools will be working effectively and will give young Europeans more opportunities to benefit from EU programs.
