The focus is development of skills related to topics:Youth work and social educationCommunication skillsAsertivityThe main aim is to empower group of youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers and activists who are working with marginalised groups through transfer of knowledge, skills and adopted working methods that they are going to implement in their future work with young people with fewer opportunities.Objectives:» To increase awareness of problems related to work with young people with fewer opportunities. » To make an inclusive approach of working with young people with fewer opportunities. « To promote tolerance and multiculturalism, diversity and values of differences.This project takes period of four months in total. Training course last for seven days (excluding travel days) and seven different countries are included, 3 Programme countries and 4 SEE countries. Number of participants for this TC is 24.The methodology of the training course:The project is designed as an open learning process based on participants exchange of experiences. The training course will follow the approach of non-formal and social education. A combination of the different creative and interactive methods will be used by the well-experienced trainers' team and designed upon the profile of participants.The total budget is 19337,00 E
