Population growth rate and young population rate, which is deemed as a positive situation, in our country is a great potential for the future in means of well-equipped, well-educated youth but otherwise is a great problem. In taking into consideration that population growth rate of Germany which has the most population among EU countries was 0.17% in 2012, but 1.26 % ( Ministry of Development, Economy Program of 2013, p.7') in our country, it is foreseen that Turkey shall be the country which has the most population among EU countries 15 years later depending on these growth rates. It seems that the problem people experience in our country is not shortage of personnel but of qualified personnel. As a result of a survey made in Turkey, 60% of the employers has stated that the need for personnel in the sector cannot be met due to the fact that there are not qualified staff who have demanded qualification and skill. At this point, a quality vocational education is necessary in order to solve the problem of employing the young population. Our school, Çanakçı Multi-Program High School, and project partner schools, Piraziz Technical and Industrial Vocational High School and Bulancak Technical and Vocational High School for Girls, are educational institutions which perform their activities in order to train qualified personnel the sector needs in vocational education system in our country. Our school which tries to provide education in spite of lack of opportunities in a very small district, population of which is 1800, in Giresun and partner schools which nearly have the same conditions in districts of Piraziz and Bulancak, would like to give a new lease to educational institutions, have their students especially in fields of Child Development and Education, Informatics Technology and Accountancy Finance at which they don’t find a chance for practice involve in a professional rehabilitation process with an intense practice in modern and well-equipped institutions and kindergartens in Europe, so to have well-informed, experienced graduates demanded by the sector. The project aims to empower our participants’ professional developments in addition to their foreign language and help them to socialize and have self-confidence and to eliminate the hinder for their employment in their fields of study. For this aim, 12 students from Child Development and Education, 12 students from Informatics Technology and 14 students from Accountancy Finance departments from our school, 9 students from Informatics Technology department in Piraziz İsmail Yücel Technical and Industrial Vocational High School, and 9 students from Child Development and Education department in Bulancak 19 Eylül Technical and Vocational High School for Girls, by being selected among 11th and 12th graders. 56 students in total shall participate in the project from 3 schools. They will perform internship for 2 weeks in kindergartens and institutions which have great opportunities in Europe. Education and promotion methods and project management methods shall be used in conducting the project. The whole educational period including the preparation and internship periods shall be managed effectively in order that our participants achieve target professional level through education method. During Students’ Mobility, methods of Demonstration, Declaration and Practice shall be used, Through promotion method, it shall be ensured that our institutions, primarily Ministry of European Union and National Agency, shall be introduced, project results shall be shared and declared to large mass. Project team to be formed through project management method shall coordinate the activities planned so as to achieve the specific aims and enable the sustainability by assessing the results. Expected results of our project to be executed simultaneously in Computer and Accountancy companies, kindergartens in Germany, Sweden, Poland, Portugal and Romania: * Our participants shall complete their professional development through practical applications in computer and accountancy companies and pre-school institutions in Europe, * Our participants shall have intracultural interaction thanks to the internship program, self-confidence and empower their spirit of entrepreneurship, * Our participants shall improve their 5 language skills such as apart from English, * The quality and capacity of education of our schools shall increase * A ground for sustainable partnership shall be established between a lot of countries and institutions in Europe. It is expected that our project shall increase our participants’ self-confidence and tendency to their professions, create quality and innovativeness in our institutions and dynamism in vocation education system in our district. It is aimed that our participants shall be employed in the sector thanks to professional capability and expertise they will have gained for long term.
