The ISOL-ACTION project will develop a training model for the skills development (and skills improvement) of education and training operators involved in planning training paths and developing training materials within European programmes. Such education and training operators include teachers, trainers, headmasters, evaluators and administrative staff. End project results will include Prototype Training Model in European Planning, which will be divided in four key areas: planning principles and elements; skills, training needs and learning areas; training models and model transferability. Project beneficiaries comprise teachers and trainers, managers of training bodies, training evaluators and public authorities in the field of education and training. Dissemination will rely upon the establishment of a dedicated project website, the launch of a project newsletter targeted at relevant stakeholders and the hosting of a final project conference.
