Project Search expert guidance in practice of design and comparison of educational competences to the European standards is intended mobility of students as a practical part of teaching ( PUD ), which is a part of full-time education and it is about students’ readiness for the challenges of seeking employment or continuing education in same practice. Thus they learn proper methodology and teamwork. With cooperation with partners abroad we want to reward key competencies and skills of students through the practical work for actual employers. This is to assure the possibility of successful performance in the common European labour market for all students, especially for those who are from socially weak environment and do not have this kind of opportunities usually. With the experience gained, teachers can influence the timely updating of curricula based on comparison of content, approaches to learning and work practice between us and partners. In practice is very important knowledge of foreign languages (communication, software tools and literature), which can a student acquire with practical work abroad. For us is important European heritage which is based on the diversity of languages and cultures. This project allows our students to get to know other cultures and then compare them with their own, what can also contribute to the enrichment of the national identity. Part of the project includes continuation of the teachers’, which was created with the aim of practical work for students to create a long-term cooperation and networking with other institutions working in the same practice , culture and education ( competitions , exhibitions, exchanges, inheritance ) for students of fashion and graphic design, and the design of useful objects . The project will include 30 male and female students in the programs: Hairdresser, Design (fashion design, graphic design and design of useful objects ) and Media techniques, which will be accompanied by 5 teachers. Students will also learn about traditional, good and timeless Italian design. Cooperation with foreign partners on the basis of their long experience in this practice, in collaboration with teachers will find the best solutions for successful students’ practical training. Students will be able to make a comparison between the modus operandi and acquisitions at home and abroad and confirm whether the base by the educational process get enough of successful cooperation with contractors. We will also compare the results, and use them when planning work or for impact of changes in renovation programs in accordance with European guidelines that will enable the flow profiles within Europe or easier access to study abroad .
