Ahmet Suzer Special Education Vocational High School’s 10th and 11th class of hearing-impaired students consisting of 10 of them and 3 teachers are going to get training that will continue ten days in the field of craft in between 19th 30 October 2014 in DAA Deutsche Angestellten Akademie (German Officers Academy) which is the biggest educational center in located Dorsten in Germany. Also, 10 students and 3 accompanying teachers from our school are going to get training in Atelierele ILBAH Vocational Training Institution, is located in Bucharest in Romania, in the field of Hair Care services that will continue ten days in between 5/16 October 2014. We aims to restore self-confidence and add value to students, who are in the field of crafts, under the branches of crafts technology, needs of industry, scientific and technological developments necessary in accordance with professional competences gained qualified social workers at the national level and European level. We also aim to restore self-confidence and add value to students, who are in the field of hair care services, the needs of industry, scientific and technological developments necessary in accordance with professional competences gained qualified social workers at the national and European level in the field of the beauty and hair care services area. All of our project beneficiaries are composed of hearing impaired students. All the precautions have been taken in order not to feel the hearing impaired students as lack of other students. We also form their self-confidence in the project. Supporting learning methods and techniques are used in our project while applying the project. These methods: teachers guide the students; students are encouraged to self-directed learning, Students, is provided to be active, students are directed to research, students can evaluate themselves. Methods and techniques to gain proficiency are going to be applied to students. Our students with these projects; are going to be awarded knowledge and skills in the fields in the common fundamental; are going to have the basic competencies of crafts & hair care services; are going to do the works that are required by their branches; are going to have their areas required by the specific professional competences In addition, doing an internship in this training center, they will have chances to meet new individuals to exchange information between the young in the fields. Also they will benefit this Training program which is used to increase knowledge and experiences of our hearing impaired students and our young A different method or application from their own education in the training center in one of the foreign countries is going to make them very effective. Students who obtain overseas experience, is going to be preferred in business. Therefore, such an application for overcoming these needs. This project stems from the needs of resolving the requirement of experienced and qualified personnel.
