Reducing and preventing the spread of dangerous infectious diseases that are transferred by stray animals and are dangerous for people and animals in the boundary areas; preventing uncontrolled breeding of domestic and homeless pets; creation of population-safe and harmless conditions; providing sanitary welfare. Expected Results: Expect reducing the number of stray animals at least 1/ 3 for 5-6 years from the beginning of the project; functioning of the shelter for stray animals; registration of sterilized stray animals; registration of domestic animals, brought to justice owners pets; reducing of cases of outbreaks of dangerous infectious diseases that are carried by stray animals; increasing of the level of responsibility of pet owners; the preservation and breeding the wild animals, that are decimated by stray animals. 1 Sterilization centre (post operating overexposure); 1 special car purchased and equipped with mobile veterinary clinic; 1 car for transport, 1 set of special equipment for catching, 40 cells for the maintenance and care; Equipment for office and for Animal Registration Center; 2 Arranging places for dogs walking (1 in Chernivtsi, 1 in Belts); 10 days courses of animal trainings for owners of potentially dangerous dog breeds; 2 pets festivals.
