In the target area of the project non-profit organizations need to face and solve similar problems in similar environment, now without borders, yet remaining in relative isolation.The service package offered by the project aims to accomplish such a complex development program which cannot be achieved by the different non-profit organizations separately, i.e. without the coordination of the different developmental demands and summarizing the already available, but not yet united knowledge material.Our experience suggests that it is essential for non-profit organizations that they are capable for preparation of project proposals, applying for funds and manage their projects successfully.The specific result of the project in the public interest is the formation of efficient and up-to-date co-operation between NGOs with adequate expertise.Our Interregional Civil Partnership Network project (HUSKUA 0502/390) was successfully accomplished between 2006 and 2008, and resulted a good basis of continuous development of civil organizations through enabling them to improve their efficiency. In this previous project we collected the representatives of the target group thus established the opportunity of their co-operation and development.Based on these foundations, now we can assess the actual developmental demands and deliver education which is designed for individual problems specifically.The justification for the accomplishment of the project is also demonstrated by a preliminary survey. Achievements: In eligible areas of the programme, non-profit organizations need to face and solve similar problems in a similar environment, now without borders, yet remaining in relative isolation. The service package offered by the project aims to accomplish a complex development programme based on an electronic survey and evaluation. Based on the results, course books were developed and pilot trainings were organized in project management, application development and Information Technology.
