The project will deliver programmes of local action that will directly involve and benefit local residents in deprived neighbourhoods. Value will be added to the local actions through inter-regional networks that will ensure that local action informs project management and regional/national strategy. This neighbourhood regeneration network will be established at three levels of actors:* Strategic regeneration practitioners* Project managers* Community leaders/local citizens across the UK/France border regions and in particular across North Kent and the Urban Community of Dunkerque.
