INTERNATIONALIZATION: EUROPEAN TRAINERS AND EMPLOYEES.

MOBILITY OF STUDENTS FOR PRACTICES IN COMPANIES
The first aim of the project was to bring the labor world over to the students of vocational training and to facilitate their employability inside the area of the European Union.
Armeria Eskola sent Europe, to realize part of their Training in Companies, to 2 students of middle vocational training of Machining whose destiny has been Belgium.
Before initiating these activities the students developed practical abilities across theoretical and practical classes in the workshops of the center, completing their training with participative methodologies and elaboration of small projects that try to agglutinate the knowledge given in the different subjects.
With regard to the linguistic skills, these students received English classes at the school, in order to reinforce their knowledge and thus, enable their integration in the country of reception.
The obtained results can be summarized in the following areas:
1.-At the professional level, the students acquired habits of work that can be different from those of their habitual environment.
2.-They were able to carry out precise and tidy works.
3.-They were able to follow concise instructions.
4.-They were able to relate and integrate into the group.
5.-At the personal level, they knew other cultures, languages and customs, contributing an enriching experience for them.
6.-For Armeria Eskola, it supposed the possibility of contrasting the training that offers to his students and the possibility of being widely known.
With reference to the impact of the project, Armeria Eskola announced across the different mass media its participation in this project (local press, audio-visual means).
As for the long-term benefits, the students completed their training, improving their curriculum. Their possibilities of employability will increase in the autonomous community, in Spain or in Europe.
MOBILITY OF STAFF FOR TRAINING
The second aim of this project was that the staff could have knowledge of new methods of learning and contact with professionals who are employed in the same field of education for the development of future cooperations; taking into account aspects such as the interaction, the multilingualism and the ECVET.
For that purpose, it was selected a partner of reception with an important experience in European projects.
They were 4 people the beneficiaries of this project, teachers of the different departments of Armeria Eskola. The destiny of all of them was the center of Belgium (Hasselt)
The partner of reception took responsibility of the logistics of the stay, besides the organization of the workshops. The partner of sending took responsibility of apart from taking part actively in the meetings of work, by doing the insurance.
The language of working was the English, and the linguistic preparation was an ability of every beneficiary.
The communication between the reception and the sending partner, was realized between the people in charge, by means of phone calls, email and Skype.
Finally, the evaluation and to detect improvements for future projects was realized across a survey of satisfaction, measuring the organization of the people in charge of the reception and sending partners, the workshops, the logistics (flights, accomodations, …).
