The background of this project is the continous development of school and education in the fields of innovative educational content and methodology. The content of this advanced training matters as well as the international component. The aims of the project are to bring forward the competences of the teachers in the fields of methods and didactics of foreign language teaching. One of the teachers who will take part in the training teaches English, Economics and Arts. This teacher has already gathered exerience in working abroad, but only in a business-related field and not in a school related field. The other teacher's subjects are English and German and she also has got experience in living and working in an English speaking country. The training ALM Advanced Language & Methodology: Innovative Approaches to English Language Teaching will take two weeks with 18 hours per week. The expected results are widening the teachers' experiences in the fields of method repertoir and motivation. In the longer term we expect multiplier effects in methodology, didactics and internationalisation of education.
