Project targets: For the students this project an ideal preperation for their future work life in an international business. Especially the future technichians are going to work on an european basis. The internship in Romania improves their chances in an european job market. Our students will get a wider horizon obove their local job. Spreading an european spirit is one of the main project targets. We expect positive impacts on the social-, personal- and practical competences of the participants. The practical work combined with the learning target are developed to meet certain expectations of their businesses. The teachers will get an deeper understanding of the schools partner companies und could use this knowledge in their lessons. Furthermore the teachers will get better knowledge of the romanian vocational school system. Teachers who will visit the partner school in Croatis will learn how the schools are positioned in the european qualification framework. They will be able to act as multiplicators within their educational invironment. The didactical plans and targets will be set up to use ECVET standards for the improvement of our pedagogical and organisational work. Five teachers will visit Zagreb. All of them are skilled to develop learning targets and improve our work for meeting the organisational target in our school development. Activites: In Romania the students will work in our partner company on a practical basis. Their will get deeper knowledge of the production and the working surroundings of the country. Additionally the students will develop lessons for the local school in Romania to improve the practical knowledge of the romanian students. Our project is going to support the new development of the new vocational schools. In Croatia we will set up an program to include all important people of both schools. The two systems will be compared to get an complete overview of the vocational education of bith countries. We will use our experiences of former international projects and visits. The outcome of this project should give ever included parner the chance to improve their work in an european, international environment. A better school development meeting each personal targets is the main goal of this mobilities.
