With our project we want to allow our students to gain new educational experiences abroad. In order to raise our school's profile and improve the career prospects of our graduates , we want to internationalize parts of the training. Goals of the project are :-Extension of vocational professionalism in the field of early childhood education and inclusion-Improve multilingualism and intercultural competence-Development of social capital and a pro-European attitude-Increased mobility and flexibility-Development of international cooperation and technical exchange- Evolution cycle of pedagogical concepts and advancing the comparability and recognition of training and qualifications . We send ten students with different cultural backgrounds , who have completed the academic part of the educator training and then complete the probationary year wholly or partly in facilities of child and youth services / education in other European countries.Our ten students complete their probationary year in kindergartens in Turkey , Poland , Great Britain and Spain and attends one or two teachers for teaching and training purposes. The project process begins with information and selection and counseling of participants . Following:- Selection of at least one cooperation partner-Registration and application-Making contact and training agreements with partners-Training agreements with participants-Preliminary lessons and training , language course-Support when applying for visas , organization of housing options and the arrival and departure-Setting dates and deatlines-Conducting visits , lessons and advice as well as professional exchange spot-Final talk via videoconference and-Evaluation of the project .We expect our above objectives are met and our participants will be strengthened in their European identity and this can contribute to their work here , eg . as with refugee children or in a professional activity in another European country in their educational work . Long-term and sustainable , our project aims to affect the improvement of cooperation with European partners .
