The erasmus Project gives us the opportunity to let our students , regardless of their background get experience of an internship abroad . Students who otherwise would not have the financial ability to do so can grasp thanks to this program , like all other students the opportunity for getting an internship abroad. Through this program, we are also working on the professionalisation of the teachiing team which contributes to the lessons within the international character of our profession. Next to that we get the opportunity to get the different international trends integrated in our lessons, as well as in the rest of the team. As a gastronomic school, we have the passion to be a center of knowledge. Individuals, but especially companies from Belgium and abroad can ask us a question, present is a problem. Within this context is is extremely important, using these internships to have a very well trained team of teachers and staff. Also indirectly, over the internships for the students who bring there knowledge from their internships back to the school and the staf. This knowledge will be reflected to the next students as well as external partners as indicated before.
