?International voluntary service ? stimulating experience? was a project involving one volunteer from Slovakia. For 7,5 months the volunteer supported the Association for Promotion of Voluntary Service in propagating international voluntary service (IVS) among youth and conducting activities for Polish volunteers. Through the project we enhanced the activities promoting IVS and its results and contact with our target groups mostly on the internet but also through meetings. We also conducted a survey among outgoing workcamp volunteers on their further engagement in voluntary service. ?International voluntary service ? stimulating experience? was a project involving one volunteer from Slovakia. The effects of the projects were meetings for youth about international voluntary service, intercultural events for the local partners, materials about international voluntary service projects conducted by the association as well as results of the survey on the influence of workcamps on further engagement of the volunteers.
