The area of non-formal education is extending and getting higher recognition. It represents an addition to the formal education, therefore, it questions its quality. In order to assure the quality of non-formal education it seems logical to invest in educators, i.e. trainers. For that reason, we want to organize an international train the trainer course which would equip participant with pedagogical, methodological and didactic knowledge for teaching young adults. The aim of this project is to educate trainers for their independent work and effective knowledge transfer on non-formal level, share international experience from that field as well as discuss problems of youth unemployment and its possible solutions. There will be 4 organizations participating, with 16 participants altogether. This number of participants ensures a quality training where all of the participants will get an opportunity to try themselves in training delivery. Each of them will get a trainer mentor which will support them during the entire training course. The result of the training course are educated trainers who will be able to bring this knowledge to their local environment and home organizations where they will deliver training and other forms of education. During the training course different training methods will be used. Content-wise, will cover the basic of learning of young adults, planning and training delivery. The affect of the training will, without a doubt, be great, as it will bring some new trainers to the filed of non-formal education; trainer with high quality knowledge for setting educational goals and then achieving them as well.
