The overall objective of the project is to set up a broad platform of long-term and sustainable cooperation between Russian and Finnish science and business societies for transfer of advanced technologies and effective use of partners’ competence in implementation of joint projects. The achievement of this objective will provide synergy effect of joining Russian technology research and Finnish technical facilities and commercialization practices thus strengthening operation and networking of HEI, R&D&I, SME.
