The objective of the project is to establish International Master Programmes “Tourism” in three Siberian regions – Tomsk, Altai and Khanty-Mansiysk. It intends to build educational capacity and human competences in regions with considerable, but hitherto under-utilised, touristic potential, and thereby contribute to economic diversification of economic activity in regions otherwise depending on primary or secondary sectors of activity. EU participants are from DK, AT, HU.
